A concept which has attained widespread popularity and is a proven success in many thousands of facilities around the world. As the inventor of APPLICATION-SPECIFIC MODULES, RDL continues to lead the industry with solutions to specific problems as well as building blocks of quality system designs. RDL is on the cutting edge in product performance, fully robotic high-volume manufacturing and technical applications advice from a dedicated customer service staff. RDL stands ready with the resources and the commitment to assist with any need, from the simplest solution to the most complex installation.
About RDL Modules
APPLICATION-SPECIFIC MODULES perform a particular electronic function or do a specific job. Audio and video functions are broken down so a module does one job. Certain modules mix, others preamplify or amplify, others detect, others control, and others distribute. A module is provided for each function and type of signal. .JPG)

HD-MA35UA 35 Watt Mixer Amplifier - 25, 70, 100 V, with Power Supply
The HD‑MA35UA is a four input audio mixer amplifier for systems demanding the broadest range of features and the highest energy efficiency. Two output power amplifier zones, 35 watts (Zone 1) and 4 watts (Zone 2), are driven from high‑efficiency Class D amplifier stages. The mixer and amplifier sections all normally shut down (standby “sleep” mode) when audio is absent and automatically turn on when needed. The Zone 1 amplifier output level may be VCA controlled using various optional RDL remote controls, or by industry standard 0 to 10 Vdc or 0 to 10k ohm controls. This output provides a constant voltage output (25 V, 70 V or 100 V). The Zone 2 amplifier output drives an 8 ohm speaker and/or 600 ohm telephone equipment.

EZ-MCP1 - Microphone Compressor
The EZ-MCP1 is an in-line microphone compressor that produces consistent audio levels despite wide variations (up to 30 dB) from the microphone. It is installed between a dynamic or condenser microphone and a mic-level mixer or amplifier input. The only setup required is a front-panel level trimmer that is adjusted during normal speech until the compression LED just begins to flash. A rear-panel output level trimmer is provided although it is typically left in the normal default position. Phantom voltage (24 V) is automatically switched on when the EZ-MCP1 output is connected to a mic jack that provides phantom voltage. The EZ-MCP1 improves sound quality and intelligibility by producing consistent audio levels and controlling overloads that produce distortion and clipping. It is used for recording, paging and public address in houses of worship, restaurants, clubs, meeting rooms, educational facilities, conference rooms and commercial sound systems.
